ELIOT, MAINE – As Maine’s largest grower of cannabis, Sweet Dirt was in desperate need of further processing capabilities on-site to keep up with demand. Utilizing their grow campus in Eliot, Maine, Market Square Architects’ worked with the owners on designing a 10,000 square foot building for all of their continued expansion needs. Located close to the grow houses, this $5M production building is intended for product trimming, drying, and packaging to be sent out to retail. Containing staff rooms, office space, lab space, and a commercial kitchen it will allow Sweet Dirt to produce and refine products on site before being shipped.
