MERRIMACK, NEW HAMPSHIRE – The Edgebrook Residences project will consist of 1 – 72 Unit Age Restricted apartment building and 3 – 56 Unit Residential apartment buildings for a total of 240 Units across the 4 buildings. The 72 unit building is being designed as a 55+ senior housing within the complex taking in to account needed alterations from the other Market Rate buildings. Each of the residential buildings will be built as Type VA construction, 4 stories over basement parking. The 72 unit building is approx. 101,500 sf and the 56 unit buildings are approx. 68,300 sf. Also being constructed on site will be a stand alone Clubhouse. This building is a single story of approximately 4,500 sf which will house the complex’s leasing office along with other resident amenities, such as a community room, fitness center, yoga studio and business center.
