KENNEBUNKPORT, MAINE – The project includes the addition of 2-two story buildings to the Colony Hotel Campus, located across the street from the existing hotel. Building 1, the larger of the two is 27,132 SF, and is three buildings connected by skybridges consisting of an open lobby and 41 guest rooms. Building 2 is 7,253 SF and consists of an open market on the first floor and 6 guestrooms on the second floor
