A Multi Use Office and Retail Space at Tuscan Village

SALEM, NEW HAMPSHIRE – Building 1200 Via Toscana is a three-story 118,000 +/- square foot ground up building within the Tuscan Village mixed-use complex in Salem, NH. Housing the corporate headquarters for Tuscan Market/Village on one floor, two large scale corporate clients, and first floor retail. It will include a 10,000 square foot two story restaurant with outdoor seating as part of the first and second floor. The entire effort is being designed as design-build.
