Light industrial/commercial units for rent.

This 12,120 sf project consists of a new single-story structure that contains nine light industrial/commercial rental units with 1,200 sf of rentable space each.

The overall building composition is broken into two parts. Part A is a conventional steel structure with an exterior cladding of vinyl shakes and an Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS). Part B is a pre-engineered metal building with vertical corrugated metal panel and standing seam metal roof.
