A Green Living Success Story in Austin, Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Built in 2010, the 36-unit Greenway Lofts is part of the redevelopment of Austin’s former airport and was one of the first projects to meet Austin’s comprehensive green energy program. The Mueller neighborhood is now a 700-acre mixed-use urban community with homes rather than hangars. Greenway Lofts condos are just two blocks from Mueller’s town center, and residents enjoy living in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.

The energy-efficient units were designed as one or two bedroom floor plans and range in size from about 575 square feet to 1,200 square feet. Greenway Lofts have the urban appeal with stained concrete floors and modern track lighting. Large windows allow for unobstructed views of the Austin skyline from some units.
